如题，学校要我们交第一学期的学费作为违约金，不知道怎么办才好？？求各位老大支招

学校成龙大哥的回复，这样的话估计要想个什么借口要求学校打个折什么的，心里觉得好冤啊，九千多就这么没了
打什么折啊，要钱没有，要命一条，让他们看着办吧。
人家知道中国人有钱，才要借机宰你一刀的。
当然如果有钱人不在乎的话，就全交了当包子吧。
告诉学校没有那么多钱可以交，学校会给你解决办法的
去别的学校都有钱交，为什么就没钱交给他们？感觉不太讲得通
就是因为去别的学校需要交学费所以没有钱交给他们了。

老实说不行吗？不知道要交违约金。孩子想法变了。现在那边也交上了，总之都要有一边违约，两边都交，交不起。然后问学校有没有waiting list、关心一下你们的位置有没有人已经补上了。
”不知道要交违约金”，不是借口，因为offer letter上写的清清楚楚，签字接受学校的offer就是接受了offer letter的所有条款。
是啊。人家不给打折是天经地义。但是她不是想让人家破例通融一点嘛
offer letter上没有说要违约金，只写在14天内可以选择退出，违约金是写在学校招生网站上的
还写着看学校的政策条例
如果和offer letter没有一起寄其它documents说明terms and conditions，只是网站上有信息，那学校很难证明你们违约了，但感觉学校不会犯这样的错误。你还是好好研究offer letter以及你们签acceptance的文件上面你们答应了什么吧。
就是因为去了其他学校交了钱所以没钱给他们呀
那就别去别的学校了就行了啊，这样就有钱给他们了呀
肯定是新的学校比原来的学校好，所以才改变主意的
