现在week 5了 但是我们还没有想出来有什么好的想法 ，感觉英国的慈善机构很全面。想不出一个 新的机构

NHS PCT divided into CCG and CSU 1.5 years was initiated by the idea of making GPs (CCGs) focusing on clinical side only and CSU to give administrative supporting. So CCGs and CSUs were all new organizations.

Some CCGs now bring back administration support in house, the new CCG becomes a new organization.
