We would like your views on a proposal for a new river crossing in east London, the Silvertown Tunnel, before a formal application to Government is submitted in spring 2016. The proposal will reduce queuing at the Blackwall Tunnel and offer cross-river bus link opportunities; it also includes introducing a charge to use the Blackwall and Silvertown Tunnels.
