在locrating网站上看，学校的cut off map 有两个颜色不同的圈，看中的房子是在外圈的范围里但是不在深颜色的圈里，看了英文的解释也不是很明白所以想问问达人们，怕买了房子后不在学校的学区里。
不能以locrating为准，要去所在学校的council查看，或者给council打电话
在locrating没有看到两个颜色不同的圈，所以不好评论它们代表什么，在rightmove的地图上看到是有两个颜色不同的圈，深颜色圈里面有很多学生（many），浅颜色圈里面有一些学生（some）。
我想说的是，英格兰的大部份council地区根本不存在学区（catchment area）这个东西，有特殊需求和再校学生弟妹录取完以后，剩下的名额按照离学校的距离来录取，不管住的离学校多近都不能保证被录取，就算离学校很近要是那一年在校学生弟妹很多或者比你家住的更近的孩子多那也可能录不到。当然离学校近一些可能性要大些，过去的数据只能做个参考，比较热门的学校录取距离只会越来越小。

英文的说明，上一次的录取情况，除掉在校学生的弟妹和特殊需求的，50%的孩子在小圈里面，94%的孩子在大圈里面（包括小圈）。这就是说，上一次的录取情况，按照距离录取住在大圈里面的孩子都是有希望录取到的啊。
