中介扣我押金有1050，还要再付2000多磅给房东， 这样合理么？

最近遇到了糟心事，

我于14年10月-15年10月租的房子，15年6月毕业回国， 当时押金有1050GBP， 现在的问题是，我用email催了好几次中介要我的押金。我搬走后过了大概7个月了（房子9月底到期到现在大概3个月）， 中介今天（16年2月1号） 发来email说 房东除了清理费用，和一些小的修复还有重新装修厨房。一共3000多磅，那么现在我还要再付2000多磅给房东。

我想问大家， 除了清理费用和一些小东西的修复， 我要付给房东重新装修厨房的费用么？ 厨房装修就2000多磅！在我租这个房间之前， 房东也并没有装修房子，而且我离开时厨房也没有损坏 只是没有打扫卫生，3000多磅的费用里已经含有了500多磅的清理费用。

Further to our recent email correspondence please be advised your landlord intends making the following deductions as per the Inventory Check Out Report:-

· £300 Removal of all items left behind.

· £262.50 Professional Clean

· £85 Bathroom Repairs

· £120 Plastering to damaged wall

· £150 Carpet Clean

· £96 Inventory Check Out Fee as per Tenancy Agreement

· £2135 – Kitchen refit due to extensive damage.

Total Deductions £3148.50

I have attached another copy of the Inventory Check Out Report for your information.

As it stands, there is a balance due from yourself in the sum of £2,179.50.

八成是被坑了

房东也并没有装修房子，而且我离开时厨房也没有损坏 只是没有打扫卫生，3000多磅的费用里已经含有了500多磅的清理费用。

押金有没有protect到什么scheme里头？没有存到那个里头的话就可以告房东。如果有存的话，按规定房客搬出后7天内就应该退还的，他推迟了这么久还不还，还是可以告他。
