明年想给父母办好那种两年多次往返的签证，想起来自己有房子了，是不是签证的时候附上房产证好一点？
但是貌似自从房子交易完之后，我也没见到这传说中的房产证在哪里啊？大家都是交易完房子之后就有了吗？是律师给你的还是谁给？没有的话该向谁要？

另外我家的下水道井盖终于找到啦！让隔壁邻居老爷爷在我家花园挖，终于找到了，其实就是在一个废弃的大花盆下面压着呢，晕死。哈哈哈。2016年圣诞节前，隔壁老爷爷做的好事，不仅找到了，而且还帮我们给通了。不要太爽~~~~~~这个隐患总算解决了，感觉好幸福：）
英国没有像中国那样的房产证，所有信息都在land registry那里注册了。你的律师注册完以后一般会给你一个deed的copy，如果还没有给你，你自己到land registry网站那里去花3胖子下载一个pdf文件，记住了是3胖子，如果不是那说明你上的是李鬼网站。
不用那个，我帮他们递了， 元件当天都退回来了。
official copy of Land Registry, 上面有会房产主人的名字，做为父母申请签证的支持性文件，不是必须的，有的话更好。样板如图

3镑那个是原始正宗
确实有两种形式，都是产权证明，一种叫Title register, £3, 另一种叫 Official copy of title of Register (又叫office/official copy), 可以在land registry 网站上购得。只不过前者后面都会附上一段文字像 “The following extract contains information taken from the register of the above title
number. A full copy of the register accompanies this document and you should read that
in order to be sure that these brief details are complete.
Neither this extract nor the full copy is an ‘Official Copy’ of the register. An
official copy of the register is admissible in evidence in a court to the same extent
as the original. A person is entitled to be indemnified by the registrar if he or she
suffers loss by reason of a mistake in an official copy.” 通常律师楼查vendor的title，用的都是official copy, 法院上也认可。如果只是给Home Office, 估计随便哪个都可以。
近期没有买过，不知道价格现在如何。
是在这里买，不过右边小绿格子里，有写怎么申请official copies，要填FORM OC1 还要附上支票等。
