请教买council garages

现在房旁边的garages是自己的。连着这个garages的另一个是council garages
请教谁知道能否怎么把council garages和前面的到马路的地一起买过来。有先例吗。谢谢

同样的意思是怎么变成freehold，和现在的房子连起来。
