Through a network of 22 depots and over 650 people located across the UK, we work with the NHS, Local Authorities and Social Care Organisations to supply and deliver independent living solutions by providing a complete outsourced service that significantly reduces costs, delivers better quality and an enhanced patient experience.
Our mission is to provide a unique service that will ensure that all service users will receive the care, assessment and mobility equipment at the time they require it to enable them to achieve theirs and their families goals.
Purpose of the Role:
Dealing with the day to day buying of Specialist Equipment for the required contracts and obtaining the cheapest Quote from the suppliers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure purchase orders raised for correct items, placed within required KPIs and monitored until receipt. Contracts are charged correctly and any cost savings available are achieved.
General Responsibilities:
To process all Specialist / Bespoke equipment within 48hrs
Monitoring/Following all equipment orders until they have been dealt with.
Daily update on all relevant information belonging to all orders.
Reporting all update/information back to Occupational Therapists, Suppliers and Customer Service.
Monitoring all Returns/Faulty goods.
Providing bests competitive quotes to Occupational Therapist on specialist Equipment that are required.
Chasing Back Order Reports on a Weekly Basis.
Leasing with OTIs and Suppliers with regards to their orders
Dealing with any queries from Occupational Therapist
Processing Suppliers Invoices for Minor Adaptations
Filling or E-mailing Special Purchase Orders
Cost Savings
Specials Merchandiser Pivot Report
Invoice Check List

Key Skills required:
Excellent Communication Skills
Computer proficiency required including
Microsoft Outlook,
Microsoft Word and
Microsoft Excel
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £18,500.00 /year
Required experience:
Purchasing: 1 year

English – Bilingual spoken
Chinese - Bilingual spoken
