我只找到了咨询电话但是没有咨询的电子邮件，我觉得电子邮件更便宜和方便一些

以前直接打电话他们都是套话，而且上班时间电话都录音。写邮件他们可以查清楚再hui fu wo

勤能补拙，好好看看官网的要求，你所有的信息移民局都有记录，你是否如实填写只是给别人是否有拒签你的理由而已。

应该没有这个规定。只有申国籍有离境天数限制，而且也没有说一年不能超过三个月

2.我爱人是永居签证，我和第一个孩子是办理配偶签证来英的。现在我们有了第二个孩子，直接申请英国护照。老婆和孩子都在英国生活，我们没有申请福利，我挣钱养家。我由于工作的原因一年在英国待不到六个月。现在马上要续签配偶签了，请问我待的天数不够会不会影响我和小孩的续签？签证满五年后，小孩能申请英国永居或者护照吗？第二个孩子已经注册英国国籍，可以申请福利吗？

李尔王移民咨询答复: 是，你的第二个拥有英籍的孩子可以申请相应福利(但你和大的孩子不能分享他的福利)。 配偶签证的每年的离境时间限制是3个月，如果超出，续签没有问题，但5年满后很可能无法申请永居，而不得不再次续签，直到能满足居住要求为止。按照目前的规定，如果你拿不到永居的话，你的大的孩子只能和你一起续签。详细情况欢迎来电来访。

Time spent outside the UK
The Immigration Rules do not say that you must have been in the UK for the entire 5 years of your visa or permission to remain. Your application to settle here will be judged on its merits, taking into account your reasons for travel, the length of your absences, and whether you and your partner travelled and lived together while you were outside the UK. If you have spent a limited time abroad in connection with your job, for example, this should not count against you.

However, time spent outside the UK does make a difference to applications for British citizenship. If you apply to be naturalised as the husband, wife or civil partner of a British citizen, you must show that you have been living in the UK for the last 3 years (the ‘residential qualifying period’), and that you have spent no more than 270 days outside the UK during those 3 years. Also, you must have spent no more than 90 days outside the UK in the last 12 months of the 3-year period. (We have discretion to allow absences above the normal limits in some circumstances.)

For example, where an applicant has spent a limited period outside of the United Kingdom in connection with his employment, this should not count against him. Each case must be judged on its merits, taking into account reasons for travel, length of absences and whether the applicant and sponsor travelled and lived together during the time spent outside the United Kingdom. These factors will need to be considered against the requirements of the Rules.

也就是说即使入籍也只有5年的最后3年有限制

對你申請永居一定有問題, 而且一定要真實作答, 因為你每次出入境都有紀錄呀, 他一看就知道了,

没错，配偶签证不管离境次数和时间，续签最重要的是收入达到要求就可以了。 申请PR的时候才有最后3年的时间要求。
