我今年曼大本科毕业，很幸运得找到了一个小公司，他们说要帮我办工作签证，但是我要尽快给他们提供要准备的资料，好在我的学生签证到期还有我正式上班之前把这些事情搞定。因为我的老板是第一次给人申请这样的工作签，所以他要我帮他先把程序搞清楚。我上到签证网站上查了，但是还是很模糊。
有没有哪位朋友知道已经办过或正在办理的呢？请速回帖啊！谢谢帮助！

• 老板只是在Local job center 里发了广告，这样还要再在national 还有 european 的找工作网站上发广告么？
• 我的学生签证今年11月底到期，是不是如果现在就申请工作签还必须回国申请，那多麻烦啊！！
• 还有，我听说在英国上完大学的可以work without the work permit for the 1st year, 这种说法对么？
• 最后，我的老板需要准备什么材料寄给 immigration office 呢？？

Working without permit is allowed for those who studied specific majors, especially for the science departments, such as: Biotech, Electric, Physics and so on…
