內政部宣佈保留Post Study Work Visa. 詳情請參閱下列連結:

尤其注意page 57 , para 7.9 確認: 除卻7.16 及7.17 項小更改外, PSW 維持不變.

詳細佈告(report), Home Office 會於2小時後(00.01 a.m. March 17, 2011)發表.

辟谣：
The recent amendments of the immigration rules announced is not the outcome of the consultation.

Therefore, we are unable to say whether the PSW will continually offered or remain the same. The consultation outcome should be published in the coming weeks as per the UK Border Agency’s website.

所以最近公布的PSW GUIDELINES或者相关的信息，都不能作为最后的定论，大家先不要举杯庆祝。 昨天由于我们的管理人员未能确认消息就快递帖子，给大家造成的不便，特表示歉意。
还是等UKBA最后公布的结果为准！！！请大家耐心等待。至今为止，PSW都是有效的，可以给毕业生提供两年的签证。

我想问问，如果申请PSW 是不是必须两年内都一直得留在英国不能回国呢？ 能不能拿了PSW也可以在中国呆一段时间?

郁闷。。。PSW不取消也一样。。。加上PSW的两年刚好满9年，还要1年才能永居。而且永居估计那时候已经取消了。。。算了，本来就不打算在这里呆的。说来说去还是人家的地盘。人家发火了下个命令随便就把你驱逐了。。
