也许就是国内对国外尤其欧洲国家开放的带宽不多吧。
我是说试验一下各种付费的vpn（一般都有试用），但多数国外vpn都没有国内的服务器，国内屏蔽某些关键词，所以搜一下 网络加速器 一类的词吧。

其实很难说问题到底在哪里
一般来说国内的ping在300ms+，现在都在4,500多还掉包,着实非常慢

我用的是entanet我访问中国的路由是entanet - GLOBEINTERNET TATA Communications - 80.231.60.54 - 中国骨干网， 通过查询 80.231.60.54 也是tata communication的 tata和中国骨干网之间没有其他isp的 问题有可能是tata也有可能tata和中国骨干网peering，当然这只是是问题的一半，因为从中国骨干网回来的路由我是不知道的，除非我可以在中国骨干网traceroute到任意entanet的ip
isp选择路由都是从经济角度出发的，entanet选择了从tata到新浪太平洋的ip，我们也没有办法，假如新浪的isp也从经济角度出发选择了垃圾供应商提供的路由回到我entanet，我也没有办法
所以换isp未必能解决问题，因为另外isp可能也是这条路由，选个中国的vpn也未必有用，因为vpn的服务器可能也是走这条受影响的路由，有人提到筑波大学的vpngate，这个应该是最好的选择，改变路由才是王道
再比如百度，估计海外访问的服务器是放在hk的，速度尚可

巨慢 国内网站基本要个几分钟才能断断续续打开 任何大陆以外网站没问题 我家BT网络
我的问题暂时解决了，用ssh做socket代理，用了美国公司的IP，没有问题。应该就是国内限带宽，我这里丢包严重，都是在国内节点丢的包。但是美国到中国的路由完全没问题。

没办法的事，中国对欧洲的国际出口又抽风了
貌似今天我的网络恢复了。vpn到上海家里的路由器，没有一个丢包。PPTP的VPN也能连上了，之前我以为被封了呢。
上海电信宽带还算不错的，上行5M下行10M，如果路由正常的话，到这里延迟230ms。VPN连上的话，在线看电影什么也没问题了。我发现国内的IP优点还是很多的，就是连网银也要快很多。没有VPN，转个钱经常遇到连接被reset。
