就算是学前班也要考试 考过了还是要给学费才能上

几乎所有11岁以上的私校都有助学金（need based scholarship）和奖学金（merit based scholarship）。
11岁以下的有一些小学也有，比如说伦敦地区随便搜索几个私立小学。
