市中心的flat只是好租，不一定好转手卖，因为是leasehold，要考虑这一点。我们看的flat都在130K左右，空间比较好的。也看过ropewalk的房子，100K，但是房间小的可怜，我们都不喜欢。

我们看中的房子是no chain的，里面现在刚被卖家装修完，新厨房新厕所，新地毯，除了一楼地板我们不喜欢，要自己换一下，剩下都没什么大问题，里面也没人住，是现房。所以……比较担心咯

区属于不好不坏的，治安ok，但是家庭收入偏低的那种区，问了很多朋友，和当地的老人，都说是ok的区。我lg说我们也属于低收入家庭，没必要非要和有钱人住一起去……不过我们这里最好的区3室的house也过不去200K的。
