之前quote出来最便宜是sheilas wheels，就买了，然后整天那个粉嫩粉嫩的信封、那几个丑了吧唧的大妞、恶心的字体、“专为女性而定制”的字眼，总在我眼前晃，弄得我心里一直不舒服。
第三年renewal，它家终于不是最便宜的了，尽管只比LV贵了十几镑，但是我为了摆脱那些粉嫩的信封还是决心cancel掉，转LV，然后噩梦就开始了。
首先online payment死活过不去，要我打电话。打电话过去光validation就花了半个小时。这还没完，别人家都是只要email过去proof of NCD就行了，有的甚至只需要告诉他们谁是上一个insurer就行，结果LV给我发信，让我14天内提供一下信息，大家感受下：
Thank you for insuring your car with us. To help us check we’ve got your details correct, please send us copies of:
- your V5 registration document – all pages
- your driving licence - both sides of your photo card and online check code
- a utility bill (dated within the last three months)
- your proof of no claim discount (NCD) from your previous insurer.
We’ve included more information at the bottom of this email.
To get the online check code just go to www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence and follow the on screen instructions to view the driving licence information. Please send us the ‘check code’ which can be found under the ‘share my details’ section. This will allow us to view the details online.
