I would say probably around 10% -20% are on benefit, but I don’t see any issue with those people. If anyone on benefit cause any safety issue in the building, we have the right to ask council to remove them. But so far, they are as nice people as everyone else and I haven’t heard any complaints.
share ownership也是要有一定收入才有可能买的啊。
领福利的人本身一般都没有什么问题，但如果成群那就可能有问题了。
shared ownership也不是谁想买就能买到的，而且affordability test比一般mortgage复杂的
