没dispute的话，押金应该在十天内退吧?
我得确保bill都交齐啊。如果能确认，第二天我就全部还清。我不知道规定是几天，我是问了房客的意见的，他说没问题。
押金我当天就还了。 还差他3周未用完的房租。因为我跟他promise只要协助中介找到房客，从新房客搬进来的那一天算起，多余在我手里的rent我一并返还，秉承多退少补原则，如果第二个月找不到房客，他还是要再多付我一个月。他同意了的。结果从通知到新房客入住中间还做ref check 就一周。。我真的是算帮前房客了。。
查了下，是双方同意deduction后十天内
At the end of your tenancy
Your landlord must return your deposit within 10 days of you both agreeing how much you’ll get back.
If you’re in a dispute with your landlord, then your deposit will be protected in the TDP scheme until the issue is sorted out.

claim保险都不够闹心的。 再说电器坏了还修什么，直接买新的就好了
