非贫穷家庭的孩子（Kids of Middle Class & Above）未来几年上牛津剑桥的机会要被减少！！

负责高等教育监管的Office for Students说，到2025年，上Top Universities的学生来自贫穷家庭（poorer background or deprived background）要增加6500名，其它所有大学都要增加学生人数来应对这个政策，但牛津剑桥拒绝增加学生人数，结果就是非贫穷家庭的孩子（Kids of Middle Class & Above）未来几年上牛津剑桥的机会要被减少！！

目前Oxford的disadvantaged students的比例是15%，它已经向Office for Students保证说到2023年要增加到25%，总人数不变（每年差不多3300)，那就是说每年本来可以上牛津的330个孩子因为家庭不穷就失去了机会。

不可能查到家长的收入，个人信息不会被披露的。主要还是看区域是不是在欠发展地区，学校学生是不是很少有机会进入leading universities

华人申请剑桥成功率25%，白人24.5%,其它一些种族都很低，牛津的情况也差不多，就是说华人孩子想上的努力一些可能性是非常大的。
