T2 dependant 五年转永居--Child benefit问题

我爱人通过T2 五年工签于2018年已拿到永居，随后在我爱人名下给孩子申请到了child benefit。
今年我准备自己单独申请T2 dependant转永居。在填写永居申请表格的时候遇到一个问题（在下面图片里），我是应该选择Yes还是No呢？

问题: Do you or anyone else who is part of this application receive any public funds?
include details for your partner or child if you have one. Examples of public funds
include Income Support, Child Benefit, Housing Benefit, Council Tax Benefit, Carer’s
allowance and disability living allowance.

你好 请问你的申请材料清单里有说要提交一个consent form吗

有的呀。因为可能有joint account，要双方同意接受home office的(可能)审查

啊？谢谢你的回复，不知道为啥我提交完申请之后，并没有生成consent form让我签字。请问是下面这个表格吗？我自己打出来签字得了。

谢谢你的回复！很神奇的是我的居然没自动生成这些，我只好自己打出来签字了。
