That was the first sentence when Peter Fong & Mark Smart met after a morning coffee. Our doors opened on the 2nd December 2011, our aim to change the way of thinking of Chinese Cuisine, with a few different touches and introducing new flavours, ideas and twists to an already successful way of eating. With over 40 years of experience between Peter & Mark, you can be rest assured that service will be something of an elegant affair, while a strong kitchen team behind the scenes ensures that the food matches. Peter has had many a successful year in the restaurant trade with the start of it in the early 90's opening The Royal Blossom in Ayr, which was an instant success and continued this way for years to come. He then moved on to start The Royal Blossom in Irvine. While Mark formerly of Costley & Costley Hoteliers and Caprice, has managed to establish himself as a strong and well accomplished Manager. He is devoted to creating a friendly atmosphere and very high standards as to which his staff will tesitfy.
