Hoy-Sum Dao literally means 'happy bean' or 'seed of happiness'. Our philosophy is based on the principle that happiness begins with healthy eating. The humble soya bean seed has been consumed in the far east for thousands of years. Recognised for both their nutritional value and culinary versatility, soya beans can be made into milk, desserts and many forms of beancurd, it's taste can be enhanced with many ingredients to make delicious dishes. Our family has a tradition of making soya products and we pledge that our products are made fresh daily.
