上个礼拜三，我很荣幸得被NASA Operation IceBridge 得工作人员邀请跟随他们得飞机飞一次，看看他们都研究些什么。。 下面是他们得objective
Objective: Operation IceBridge, a six-year NASA field campaign, is the largest airborne survey of Earth’s polar ice ever flown. It will yield an unprecedented three-dimensional view of Arctic and Antarctic ice sheets, ice shelves and sea ice.
Digital Mapping System 是安装在他们飞机上得一个系统，an airborne digital camera that acquires high resolution natural color and panchromatic imagery from low and medium altitude research aircraft. Data acquired by DMS are used by a variety of scientific programs to monitor variation in environmental conditions, assess global change, and respond to natural disasters. 我像他们要了些照片在这里分享一下～
