我知道不需要簽證的, 但是轉機能否離開機場呢? 條文里沒有提到
都不需要签证了，那就没有理由不让你离开机场啊。

might want to try asking KLIA and see if they provide the same service as some of the other airport where they have a local tour you can join if transit over a certain length. I assume you’re transiting in KLIA.
