以前父母的探亲签证在出境后必须等半年才能再次入境，听说现在取消这个规定了，有熟悉的童鞋吗？
本来就没有这种规定，规定一直是 「任意12个月中在境内时间不得超过180天」，如果一次呆足了180天，自然就要等185天才能再次入境咯。此规定没有取消。

假如你的父母签证是两年的，在一年中他们可以呆在英国一共加起来180天，也是就说，如果你有钱买机票的话，一的父母可以呆在英国一个月，回国一个月，再来一个月，再回去一个月，不管来回几次，反正一年不可以超过180天，计算单位为每一年。如他们一口气呆了半年，那只能半年以后再来了。假如是两年的签证，绝对不可以呆英国一年后回去，一年以后再来。180天是以每一年为单位。
180天是指连续12个月之内，不是指每个calendar year对吗？

另外提醒一点，探亲人的出行计划尽量和申请是填表的计划一致，出入太大的话，下次申请人家可能会以此来挑刺，这样的例子近两年越来越多了。。。。
这位兄弟能不能给个链接啊，上次妈妈刚来住了6个月，现在过年还想来住两个月，正好有和楼主一样的问题。但是我在UKBA上面怎么都没有找到这个规定，就说单次不能超过六个月。

记得苹果上和隔壁英华上都见过探亲签证超期使用的例子 (比如短期回国长期在英国居住或者老两口轮班单独过来带孩子的), 从前很多人似乎没有遇到太大的问题, 近年来入关时被警告或者再次申请新探亲签证时被拒的事儿也屡见不鲜了, 总之在现在严格控制移民的环境下,这类事儿就是风险自负拼rp了
