小弟最近在填set o 10年地表格.心里有点小紧张问两个小问题

在payment page中 他第一问话就问是不是HSMP
If you are applying as a highly skilled migrant (HSMP), are you doing so under the terms of the HSMP
ILR judicial review policy document? See main guidance notes for more information about this. Y or N

如果是申请10年的话是不是就留空白好了对吧…大家不要笑我啊!!!:cn01:

黑体字部分要我们不要管13-16但 13又问一句你是不是16岁以上.这个要不要打钩啊,怎么自相矛盾啊.望求解!!!

麻烦各位已经交了表大虾表个态，最新的表格 和旧的 去年7月的都有这两项。谢谢！！！:cn09:

第一个no , 第二个13不管直接奔17。

谢谢大侠, 我的疑问在于, 他这句话前提是 If you are applying as a highly skilled migrant (HSMP), 如果我没有这个前提是不是不应该填呢. 看了 GUIDANCE 真没看出个所以然出来. 回答NO是对if的否定还是对后面的 are you doing so under the terms of the HSMP ILR judicial review policy document?的否定呢。:cn01:

不需要填，你没有满足 if 这个条件，所以yes/no都不是你需要回答的。。。
