  • 具备项目管理经验与人员管理经验；
  • 对于x86架构的PC或服务器系统架构和系统Debug有深入了解；
  • 对于以下子系统或之一有丰富的知识积累：Memory, Processor; Chipset, PCI-E, Hyper-Transport, QPI, 3D graphics, SATA, SAS, RAID, USB, Audio Codec, HDMI, DVI, Display Port, VGA等 ；
  • 良好的英文读写能力和基本的口语交流能力；
  • 自我激励并能独立高效的工作，能适应一定压力；
  • 熟悉Windows和Linux命令行或图形操作；
  • 熟悉Windows BAT脚本和Linux Shell脚本编程者优先；
  • 深入理解Windows和Linux操作系统者优先。

工作职责:

  • 负责对系统和部件进行测试项目管理工作，保障项目时间与质量满足既定目标；
  •   针对测试工程师进行培训与指导；并协助测试工程师分析与解决问题；
  • 制定并维护测试流程与测试模板，并不断改进效率和覆盖性；
  • 分析测试过程中发现的故障与缺陷，并为设计部门寻找故障根源提供支持；
  • 编写故障报告并根据故障状况持续改进测试方案；
  • 协助解决客户端问题并为产品经理提供技术支持。

英国的职位共四个，涉及汽车传感器方面。与上面的相比，这个是朋友内部推荐。他现在在国内（深圳），但是这几个职位是为英国总部招聘的。这算是我们已经在这边的同学的一个优势。

Job Title: Electronic Design Engineer (Ref: 2130558)

• Honours Degree in Electronic Engineering
• At least 2 year’s work experience in digital and/or analogue electronics

Principle Activities:
• Contribute to the development of existing and creation of new products through electronic design of circuits and systems
• As required, conduct vehicle testing in Antrim or at the Customer Premises
• As required, conduct research and validate designs within area of responsibility
• To be responsible for specific component development, ensuring best use in design and production applications
• Review of customer specifications and other documentation
• Develop schematics and PCB layouts on CAD package and hold reviews
• Co-ordinate the building of prototypes, testing, validation and de-bugging for parts/products within remit

Reports to: Systems Design Team Leader

Typical Education/Experience:
• Honours Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Software Engineering or related discipline
• At least 2 year’s industrial experience in a relevant design role
• Using simulation tools (e.g. Matlab) for data analysis and modelling system behaviour would be advantageous
• Experience in design/testing of CAN/LIN/FlexRay or similar communication buses would be advantageous

Responsibilities:
• Leading proof-of-concept projects to demonstrate new features/technologies that shape the Schrader product roadmap

4 Schrader® – Job Description

Job Family: R&D Engineer
Job Title: Embedded Software Engineer (Ref: 2130557)
Location: Antrim, Northern Ireland
Reports to: Software Design Team Leader

Typical Education/Experience:
• Honours Degree in Software Engineering or Electrical/Electronic Engineering related discipline (Min 2:1)
• At least 3 years’ industrial experience in an embedded software design role
• Experience in microcontroller, low-level device drivers such as SPI, UART, I/O, algorithms, communication protocols such as SPI,12C and the C language is essential

Typical Skills Required:
• Appreciation of basic hardware principles is essential especially in microcontroller architectures and digital logic; Experience in RTOS and CAN/LIN protocols desirable
• Good written and verbal communication
• Ability to collate and analyse data
• Results orientated
• Problem solving and judgment
• Ability to work in teams

Principle Activities:
• To design, develop, test and integrate embedded software solutions for products from concept stage through to customer delivery of Schrader Products.
• Definition of software requirements, design of software using formal tools, implementation of designs into code, designer testing and debug.
• Liaise with both customers and internal departments for both development and support purposes.
• Assessment and procurement of software tools for software development purposes.
• Produce documentation relating to software requirements, specifications and module test plans
