我之前有在论坛发过贴，感谢大家的帮助，去年11月永居上诉成功，然后到现在都没有得到移民局的任何答复，打电话去就是让我等，上周我写信给法院询问我的事情，法院回答他们不能帮助我催移民局，但是透露了移民局在2015年1月26日前曾经提出过抗诉复议，但是被法院驳回，维持原判，这样的话是不是意味移民局没有再抗诉的权利，我的永居官司100%赢了？？从去年赢了这场官司到现在快7个月的时间，等我的已经醉了，外公病重住院，一直很担心他的身体，移民局现在是输不起不愿意给我签证还是效率慢啊？？除了等还有什么办法催促移民局，找当地议员还是告移民局？请大家给我点建议，谢谢。
