想在MK买房，麻烦请大家帮忙看一下这两所小学哪所更好呢？ 选学区选的头大，谢谢了！

第二所周围的学区房少一些 但我看评分高不少，像这种中型城市，周围房子也不是特别密的情况，1英里内能进去不。。
其实还有几个区的学校也还行，可好多KS2的成绩没有的，这种就不知道怎么选了。。。
刚到英国不久，第一次买房，请大家多给建议，洗耳恭听，谢谢啦！

我记得上回成龙大哥说主要看ks2的level5吧，这俩都不咋地啊。

只要别再市中心买就可以了。都是阿X和黑贵。 素质及其的差，MK7.MK13，MK11.

第二个学校KS2成绩过level 4的比例100%，过level 5的比例45%，这是非常非常好的成绩了。

KS2成绩，第一个不如第二个但也算不错，第一个学生老师比例16:1，这在公校里面非常少见，非母语比例38.4%有点高，但free meal比例7%说明从领福利家庭里的孩子不多。当然第二个学校的学生成分结构要更合理一些。

距离多远能够上，不知道，你到council网站查一查往年每个学校录取的距离可以用做参考，如果网站查不到，找council education部门要，按照freedom of information的法律，council必须给你提供这个资料的。

MK老住户来凑热闹，Two mile ash我住过，人口比较密集，而且那一带的住房都是没有煤气的。。。tattenhoe park是新区，priory rise这个学校真的不错，我们当时动心想买那边的房子，唯一缺点是孩子之后上初高中不太方便

初高中我看附近也有所不错的，名字忘了…那你最后去哪里买了呀

初高中你再看看council 网站怎么说吧，我怎么记得好像不在那几个好的初高中catchment里面，我最后搬Middleton附近新区这边了，loughton那边学区也不错你也可以看看。
