提前28天递交如何预约？在请大家指教

dependent续签预约面签

预约需要网上填表并付款提交，有这样一段话：

Date of application

  1. The date of your application will be taken to be the following:

For applications made in the united Kingdom:
• where the application form is sent by post, the date of posting; or

• where the application form is sent by courier, the date on which it is delivered to the Home Office;

• where the application form is submitted online, the date when you submit your application form and pay your application fee online.

网上提交日就是申请日？因为付款提交后才能预约，所以就只能在到28天的当天才能预约了吗？否则现在预约的话，网上一提交就是提交日了，不理解，请大家指点。

如此，那还能预约吗？比如，提前28天，如果希望到28天那一天面签，岂不就需要当天提交，约当天？搞不明白了。

提前28天可以申请并不是提前28天拿到签证。

是的。我的意思如上，就是预约是否必需在到期前28内进行？因为HO规定网上申请提交日就是申请日，这样就无法提前预约了。

是不是只能在28天内在网上申请和预约，提前是不可以的？

比如5月1号是你到期前的28天，你今天就可以预约5月1号（如果可以的话），然后5月1号算是你的申请日。我4月中旬签证到期，2月份约的3月19号的面签。现在已经拿到卡了。
