重大！英就国决定，明年9月1日后把所有在英的中国人财产信息（房产，银行存款等）统统交给中国！

就在G20会议杭州如火如荼举行时，一则消息补再次确认：明年7月1日起，加拿大税务局（CRA）将把所有非加拿大公民（只要你不拿加拿大护照的！包括：留学生，旅游者，访问人员）在加拿大买房，投资股票，以及银行开户和余额，个人资产细节和个人信息等情况统统交给中国政府！

英国已经是OCED协议签署国，将从2017年9月正式参与实施此协定，与所有签署国分享非英国国籍人士的相关个人税务信息！

中国也已经正式加入此协定，将从2018年9月正式与其他国家分享非中国国籍人士在中国的税务信息！

这就意味着，＂明年9月开始，不要说你在英国买房！如果你不是英国籍，只要你在银行里存点钱，英国税务局都有可能会把这些信息交给中国政府税务机构。＂

OECD签属信息交换国名单

这是因为！根据国际经合组织OECD框架下达成的CommonReporting Standard国际协定，101个国家必须从明年起开始公开信息交换，打击逃税。

同时签属的还有，冰岛，印度，以色列，新西兰 英国 和中国。。。

无论你是留学生，旅游者，访问人员，还是持英国永久居留的移民（未入籍）。只要你不是外国国籍（公民），所有加入协议的相关国家都将有义务分享相关税务信息与其他国家。

把以下信息将被交给中国政府：

基本类别：包括姓名、身份号码、住址、生日，以及账户号码、账户余额等，房产，股票持有，其它实物资产等；披露的内容很可能还包括相关账户中每年出现的重大交易情况。。。。

如果一个人被认为是中国的税务居民，其在境外开设的账户信息，无论是在加拿大，香港、新加坡、英国、澳大利亚、瑞士等国家和地区开设，均需向中国税务机关提供信息。

根据《中华人民共和国个人所得税法》中内容，基本所有持有中国护照的个人均自动被视为中国税务居民了！

有可能对英国华人产生的几个重大影响：

针对高资产人士在英国的相应资产状况将被多国共享。 只要不是英国公民，在英国的相应存款，银行账户信息，将被有条件分享给中国政府税务机构。
在英国产生的投资收益，或者房租收入，有可能被双重纳税。

在英国的学生，如果父母赠与大量资金，相关信息有可能分享相关税务信息。

Starting to report in 2018: Albania, Andorra, Antigua and Barbuda, Aruba, Australia, Austria, The Bahamas, Belize, Brazil, Brunei Darussalam, Canada, Chile, China, Cook Islands, Costa Rica, Ghana, Grenada, Hong Kong (China), Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Kuwait, Marshall Islands, Macao (China), Malaysia, Mauritius, Monaco, Nauru, New Zealand, Qatar, Russia, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Samoa, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Sint Maarten, Switzerland, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Uruguay, Vanuatu

Each country will annually automatically exchange with the other country the below information in the case of Jurisdiction A with respect to each Jurisdiction B Reportable Account, and in the case of Jurisdiction B with respect to each Jurisdiction A Reportable Account:[14]
1.the name, address, Taxpayer Identification Number and date and place of birth of each Reportable Person.
2.the account number
3.the name and identifying number of the Reporting Financial Institution;
4.the account balance or value as of the end of the relevant calendar or, if the account was closed during such year or period, the closure of the account

Its not bank account.

Reportable Accounts:
OECD does not specify what is reportable—it allows the participating countries to determine what accounts are reportable. “The term “Reportable Account” means a [Jurisdiction A] Reportable Account or a [Jurisdiction B] Reportable Account, as the context requires, provided it has been identified as such pursuant to due diligence procedures, consistent with the Annex, in place in [Jurisdiction A] or [Jurisdiction B].”

我在英国领福利，生活不如意。 中国政府知道了，是不是应该再给我加一份福利待遇，最少要match 英国的福利吧。 这样才能彰显天朝的富庶

这事情就是个笑话，中国是一个官员财产不公开的国家，房产都没有搞清楚实名制，每个官员有几套房都不清楚。居然有闲心管理海外华侨兜里的几个硬币，呵呵。

在英国，这种个人数据外包到海外处理都是不允许的。 你还想交流到欧盟外的国家？ 意识形态不同的国家，你还想互相交流居民财产信息？ 第一个被公布的将会是中国高官海外资产情况。

CPS规定是这样理解的，如果你是中国公民，在英国每年居住不到半年，那么你不是UK tax resident. 这种情况下，如果你在英国有银行账户，这个信息会交换回中国。

如果你已经是每年在英国交税，长居英国。 这个信息是不会交流回中国的。

美国不参加这个协议， 中国有钱人，官员在美国置业投资，这个信息美国税务局不会给中国的。所以这个协议说了就是白说
