The downfall in 2008 was mainly caused by a global financial crisis followed by a global recession.

Unless the Euro is clasping in a few years’ time, which is the last thing the EU wish to see and the first thing they come to rescue should anything happen, I personally doubt another similar crisis and recession would come.

Again, the top range properties got the most to lose as they were the most inflated in the very first place, which normal people just dont give a monkey’s.

Right now most of the main concerns posted are from the top estate sector and related lobbying groups who simply want the government to abolish the top tier stamp duties so that they can carry on making profit from blowing up more bubbles.
