求助-英国出生中国籍宝宝申请T2 dependent签证 TB材料问题（急）

我情况是这样：宝宝7月在英国出生，在英国拿了中国护照，父亲T2母亲T2 dependent. 即将带孩子回国呆一个月，同时准备在国内期间给宝宝申请T2 dependent 签证再来英国。在签证材料中TB这一项，UKVI网站是这么写的：

  1. You won’t need a TB test if any of the following apply:

you’re a diplomat accredited to the UK
you’re a returning UK resident and haven’t been away for more than 2 years
you lived for at least 6 months in a country where TB screening is not required by the UK, and you’ve been away from that country for no more than 6 months

  1. Children
    All children must see a clinician who’ll decide if they need a chest x-ray. Children under 11 will not normally have a chest x-ray.

You must take your child to an approved clinic and complete a health questionnaire. If the clinician decides your child doesn’t have TB they’ll give you a certificate. Include this certificate with your child’s UK visa application.

这样宝宝应该是属于第二条，需要找一个clinician让人家出个证明表示宝宝没有TB，作为申请材料。不知道我这样理解对吗？
如果是这样，可不可以回国前找英国的GP出示这个证明回国后用这个证明作为申请材料呢？

你的孩子符合的是第一条第二款。。。returning uk resident, 不需要任何tb test证明，但是要提供材料证明之前是在英国出生并且住在英国。p.s. 一般在英国出生的中国籍小孩，nhs都会给打BCG，小红本上有记录，这就是tb的预防针啊。交个复印件就行了么。我跟你完全一样的情况，去年刚在国内这么办过。

谢谢信息，宝宝打了BCG，会复印一份。想确认一下，宝宝父母不是永居，宝宝拿的中国护照，这样宝宝也算UK resident是吗？ {:5_136:}

不好意思刚从国内回来，宝宝已经顺利申请到dependent visa啦，没来得及拿医生证明，就用的BCG疫苗复印页，在广州递签。感谢感谢！
