申请citizenship的referee要求是要两个referee, 一人必须是英国人，另一人需要有professional standing
申请passport的referee要求是一个referee, 这人需要既是英国人又有professional standing
想请问大家，如果按照上面说的我在一起提交两个表格的时候，是不是填写citizenship的表格里，其中一个referee需要既是英国人又有professional standing?还是只要满足citizenship referee要求就可以了？
