永居ILE到期，入境英国有麻烦吗？

最近准备回国，孩子的ILE永居签证2月初到期，准备三月初才回英国，请问到时出境中国和入境英国是否有麻烦？

有没有有经验的童鞋们说说？

刚问了律师，律师说没有问题，签证上的到期日其实是规定你在这段时间必须入境，否则签证失效。

但是入英国边检可能还是会被拦住问下，因为不是每个人都对这种签证性质熟悉！
