Tier 2 Dependant 转永居问题

两个问题:

  1. Form 6.3: 过去5年有过Absences, 是不是给写一封信 Letter from applicant detailing reasons for absence due to compelling or compassionate reasons?
    信的话就写回家过年看父母行吗?
  2. Form 12A 最下面写 If you have a spouse or civil partner listed in section 2 of this application form who is applying at the same time as you, please provide documentary evidence of cohabitation since you were last granted leave (up to a maximum of two years). Evidence provided should cover the whole period and be in the form of official letters or documents, addressed to yourself and your spouse.
    如果是Dependant单独申请是不是这个同居证明就不用提供了?

你好，希望你已经顺利拿到了永居。麻烦问几个问题：
1.SET(o)表格是Tier 2和dependent都可以用的。但是像咱们这样两者分开申请的，第一项的applicants details是应该填谁的信息呢
2.你们提供了几年的地址证明了证明两者的关系啊，有人说是两年，有人说是五年

不好意思,好久没上powerapple了.

  1. 如果是dependant单独申请(或者dependant带着孩子一起), applicant填dependant的名.
  2. 申请表上清楚写的是过去两年的同居证明, 我们提供了三年的.

您好，

我前一个月已经申请了Tier 2 转永居。

现在我老婆和孩子（目前是 Tier 2 dependant visa）也要申请永居，但是好像有两个不同的表格，请问她们是用哪个表。 从流程上细读，感觉要用和我一样的表格(86页），但是这个表格对支持文档的要求不清楚啊，好像都不要我提供什么材料。倒是59页的那个表格，感觉更适合。

大家有什么经验可以分享吗？
