想问大家有没有关于这个经验。
昨天银行去做评估，结果报告是这样
The valuation report has come back and the valuer has asked for a specialist damp and timber report to be provided in order to make their decision as there was a high reading of damp in both reception rooms. The clients will need to get this report done on the property and then we will refer it back to the valuer to see if they agree to lending on the property.
不知道假如房主没有这个报告的会不会真地会影响到我的贷款。

按照这段话的理解，没有这个report不会批贷款。

潮湿问题可大可小，还是搞清楚原因再说，很多damp proof specialist公司可以去免费看以后给出修理的quotation。

penetration damp, rising damp are the common one, check carefully as this will be costly to resolve.
