哈 ！ 2018 年 我的 房子 service charge 竟然 降了 ！ quaterly payment 从 40.12 镑 降到 37.28 镑， 哈哈 惊喜呀惊喜呀。。。。。。 虽然说 钱不多， 不过 service charge 不升 反降 确实是出乎意外的。。。。

Quarterly 才幾十鎊? 非常便宜啊！
如果物業公司發現儲備多了，還可能免去一個月的charge呢！但要經常看著他們如何用錢，心累。

council tax 是另外一笔啊，没错， 还没算保险呢

一个月10几胖子，这个也就是够building insurance，没有钱freeholder不做最基本的maintenance，这其实不一定是好事情。

这是为什么不喜公寓只买house, 杂七杂八的费用挺高的。而且英国公寓隔音差

公寓building有问题，维修费用大家均摊，house出问题得自己维修。end of day，all the same。

错了错了， 是房子 的 service charge, 不是 flat .
啥都没干其实， 连保险都没有 ， 就是有个 management company, 然后 工资还1万多 ， 靠 。

我家那个management company 早就被破产了！没有service charge！镇政府还派工程队来铺路种花修栏杆。一年税400欧，都伯林附近。镇政府富啊！盖好整个小区几百个房子，连建筑公司都破产啦！纳税光荣，破产有理！
