大家好，最近腰疼，回国照了MRI发现腰椎间盘突出了。。。。。。医生明确要求从今往后只能睡硬板床。但是我发现英国能买到的全部是弹簧床，extra firm也是软软的。
所以求助大家是否知道哪里有卖那种完全硬的床板，或者国内那种山棕床垫，没有弹性那种。。。

量好你床架的大小 去B&Q买厚木板 请他们帮你量好然后平均切成几块 拿回家放床架上再铺一层那种最薄的被子 一两百镑就搞定了 记得再买一点那种链接模板的铁片 买回家拼好后用螺丝锁死 这样就不会移动

顶！这个。其实木板都不用买，我们就是用一些硬纸壳铺上，然后再铺被子。被子厚度根据自己习惯添加就可以了。
英国没有 国内那种硬板床，只能自己做，买几块板子自己做，其实都不用花钱，直接睡地板就行。
在网上搜你local Wood board shop, seller什么的，然后买一块大木板就行，有的地方能给你按你要的尺寸切割。我买了一块不到20镑，从朋友那里借了个电锯自己在家切了一刀，铺在床上就可以啦

英国最硬的席梦思都归档到Orthopedic。我以前也腰肌劳损，当时就差在英国睡地板了，后来找了好久找到这个，我自己买过，性价比很高。我觉得这里席梦思离中国的硬板床还差那么一点点，但绝对够用了。
我按照床的尺寸去b&q买了最厚的mdf板子回家铺到床架上再铺褥子。是两块板正好拼到床架的尺寸卡在那里根本不用螺丝钉也不会动。好像总共四十镑的样子他们帮你切割。
这种MDF板 会有毒吗。
别买mdf了吧，ply或者osb都成，mdf自己承重时间长会弯，太厚的太沉，你确定你床能承受住。。。厚的osb和ply都不会特别沉
