SET O 申请表上的问题

在填写SET O表格时，有几个小问题，如下

5.3 What is your pay each month after income tax and deduction？
我是limited company，每个月会给自己发工资，但是dividends一般是年底才出，是大头，月工资是小数目。这里是填写月工资还是年总收入（工资+分红）平均月收入呢？

6.1 When di you first enter the UK? This refers to the date you entered the UK at the beginning of the period of stay on which this application is based.
这里是填写永居申请5年的起算时间，还是持有目前签证第一次进入英国的时间？

第一个问题就应该是月收入，然后你的资金文件里自然会体现你年底的dividends， 这个没有关系，finance 可以是combination.
第二个问题是填写永居申请5年的起算时间。
