Office Administrator
London, UK


Responsibilities:
Ensure the smooth running of an office of 30 people
Office supplies, procurement, and office maintenance
Apartment management and maintenance
Support HR  for staff onboard/off-board process
Support HR to record and maintain all employee data on the HR database/files
Efficiently coordinate multiple diaries, travel arrangements, visa applications, hotel booking and prepare expense reports
Contribute towards HR& Admin team projects

Requirements:
Detail oriented, service oriented, and hard working
Able to work in a fast-paced environment, agile and flexible – able to juggle multiple tasks
Able to deal with colleagues at all levels
Shows critical thinking and great time management
Excellent communication and organizational skills and fluent English, other language is a plus
Strong computer skills: Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint
Fresh Graduate acceptable
