求教苹果里的老司机们，目前情况是这样的，我和lg都是30出头，娃2岁，工作都很稳定，有一套没贷款的房子。目前两个人加一起每个月净收入是5500，除去所有花销，一个月还能固定存2000。每年大概出去玩3-4次，花费10K左右。现在有60K的存款，压在银行很久了，我总觉得这么存着就是浪费啊。所以和lg商量要理财。
我的想法是再买一套房产，buy to let投资，但是我lg总是迟迟不同意，他也明白钱放在那里就是死的，可就是不愿意承担任何风险。说现在buy to let也赚不了什么钱。但是英国好像也没有什么好的理财产品可以买的样子。就这样拖啊拖啊，存款越来越多，就死在银行里。
想问问大家有没有什么好的意见和建议，话说现在还有我们这样的吗？钱都放银行不去理财的，好烦啊

你就买个房子弄个rent guarantee中介管理呗，伦敦外围60k 首付足够了。任何投资肯定都是有风险的，如果每个月几百的btl房贷你们承受不了的话那还是isa吧
Also I have a personal theory that, if the weather is good that the stock market is generally up, so if we have a good summer or not, will indicates the market is up or down, lol
and also buy low in winter and sell high in summer.
