永居填表需要披露unspent convictions，有一次路边超时停车被罚款，但是当时自己并不知道。而且后来长时间不在家，来了几次罚单都没有及时缴纳，直到法院来了罚单才缴费，像这种情况算是convictions吗，有没有五年的spent期限呢？
其实就是不太确定，什么叫犯罪，什么属于轻微的无意识的欠款…麻烦大家指点。另外最近刚做了remortgage，银行那边没出现什么问题。像是这样的话，应该是没事的吧？
county court judgement, 就是你欠债被告上法院的记录。

去搜moj得category of offence,里面有很清楚的说得有十二还是十三个大类。
parking fine不属于的啊，而且你也没有被convicted呀，因为也没有sentence你，怎么会有unspent conviction呢？
有的表格会提示说停车罚款不算的。
谢谢亲。因为我漏缴了罚款，又过了14天，导致法院直接判罚，这种如果不算conviction的吗，那算不算county court judgement呢？我看到之前有帖子说，ccj也是会留存在档案里很多年才能消的，不知道对永居有没有影响。
If the County Court judgement was paid within 30 days of the judgement, then it is not registered and does not count.
If it is paid after 30 days then it became a satisfied CCJ. This should be declared with a note saying that it has been satisfied. Enclose a receipt if possible.
If it is unpaid then it may affect your application.
In any case, parking fines are civil matters (民事).
Conviction means criminal conviction 刑事.
