求助!永居网上付费后出现bug

感觉自己的永居申请很不顺利,从一开始,上周在home office上注册后定了时间地点,完了是交钱,奇怪的事情就发生了,交完钱结果页面卡住了,然后直接报错,紧接着同时收到两份email, 同时哦!!!!!:
第一封:付费成功,预约成功,booking reference number也有了:

Your premium appointment is at Croydon on xx Jul 2018 xx:30 AM.
Croydon premium service centre
Lunar House
40 Wellesley Road

You must bring your application form, document checklist and supporting documents to your premium appointment.

第二封:付费成功,payment时间太久,过期了,需要重新约时间:
The time taken to make your payment was too long and your visa appointment has expired. You must book a new appointment.
When you have booked your appointment you should sign in to your booking to print your application form and checklist. Please refer to your booking checklist for everything you need to prepare for your appointment.

真是很无语,两封一个说失败一个说成功,想着登录进去看看,登录也登不进去,网页报错:

真是够了,打电话,他们说这属于technical 的问题:给我了一个email地址:[email protected]

发信问,对方说好的,我们已经安排人帮你看这个登录问题了,然后到今天为止已经看了10天了,也没修好

对我来说我现在不知道我的预约到底成功没有,别我到时候去了,他们说我预约失败,

我打电话问,他们说他们查不了,发email问,他们说让我等login修好了回复我

我现在有点想死,这算什么,到时候还是修不好我到底是去还是不去?

我自己的理解是应该是预约成功了,要不然reference number是怎么生成的呢?

顺便问一下,就算可以登录进去,里面有什么需要打印带着的吗? 我可不可以带着那封成功的预约email,完了手动填表,完了带着supporting documents当天去申请?

19/06 更新,technique team还是没有办法修复我的登录

又有几个问题想请教下,看了之前的申请成功的经验帖子,里面有提到,我必须要登录进去

1, 打印预约信(这个可以用email的预约信代替吗?)
2,appointment booking checklist (这玩意儿我不登录实在没有啊。。。这个该怎么办呢。。。。)

同意 去了大不了就是浪费一天时间 万一预约上了没出现把钱浪费了就惨了

钱划了没有呢?如果没有就没预约成功

去银行查一下不就知道了。钱过了就是成功了呗,反之就是没成功。

个人推测是预约成功了,特别是如果银行有扣款记录的话. 理由如下:

这种现象其实可能不是bug, 出现重复提交可能是由于网络或本地计算机的问题. 第一次提交付款时, UKVI的服务器其实已经处理(接受)了该次交易(这就解释了收到第一封邮件). 但由于网络问题, 本地的计算机没有及时收到UKVI的服务器的回应, 故认为上次付款未提交成功; 因而以相同的数据提交第二次付款; 此后UKVI的服务器收到了第二次付款的交易请求数据,但由于预约时间与第一次成功付款的预约时间完全相同(该slot已经被标记为占用了), 故UKVI的服务器不接受第二次预约(这就解释了收到第二封邮件).

不要太过担心. 祝面签顺利.

应该就是那封预约和付款成功的邮件 然后手动填表和其它材料

technique team是怎么通知你没有办法修复登录的?

可以试一下联系[email protected],他们会安排一个technical partner给你打电话帮忙解决。

把邮件打印了,里面有个payment reference number,很重要.然后把和tech support team 往来的邮件打印下.到日子了带齐申请材料直接去就是了,付了钱他们不能以技术故障为由不让你面签.

他们没有说没有办法修复。。。只是不停的回复说“
我们已经把你的问题发到我们的technical team了,我们会尽快回复你as soon as we receive response from our technical team。。。。完了就是永无止尽的等待,到现在已经十来天了,每次追问他们,他们永远就是那句
”我们会回复你当我们收到technical team的回复“
我上周问了下,万一在我签证那天technical team还是没有回复,我该怎么办?有没有什么workaround?, 他们回复:
”我们会回复你当我们收到technical team的回复“
完了我这周又问了下,我还专门说,拜托你们不要再说“我们会回复你当我们收到technical team的回复“,我在问如果没有回复怎么办” 他们继续:

谢谢回复,我也是这么想的,也打算这么做,但是想到英国home office这种sb部门。。。就怕他们啥事都做的出来。。。 {:5_145:} ,到时候给我来个,我不管,没有checklist就拒签。。。。

你可以再跟他们email确认一下booking是否已经确认,可否用Set(O)表格。然后带着他们回复的email去。

However, we have been advised by the relevant team that if you have confirmation from your bank that the fees were deducted, you can still attend the appointment on the 19 July. You will need to ensure to take your booking reference number (BRN) and evidence of payment, along with your completed application form and the supporting documents to your appointment.

Your biometric enrolment will be done at your appointment. The team has also advised that customers should take a chip and pin debit or credit card along as a precaution.
