T2(G)转永居雇主信-可否只写薪水不写SOC

我的公司愿意发雇主信
但我不知道HR在想啥雇主信上硬要给我换成一个我薪水不到的SOC
这样铁定被拒签
目前在和她协商中(怀疑他是新来的不懂 {:5_131:}

我是有朋友信上没有注明SOC也有过(今年年初),他说SOC自己填就好
(我打去HOME OFFICE的电话也居然说不用写SOC ,只要写会继续雇用就好,还满令我惊讶 因大部份人的模板都有写SOC…)
申请表格是我自己填的
那我可否再申请表格上填我原本的SOC(反正HR也看不到)
然后雇主信有以下内容就好

 XXX is a full time permanent employee at OOOO
 XXX has been employed with OOOO since 1st February 2012
 As far as OOOO aware, XXX will continue in her role for the foreseeable future
 XXX’s current salary is £AAAAA per annum
 XXX has 25 annual leave. The holiday year runs between 1st February and the 31st January.

(上面这个£AAAA是有达到原本SOC要求的)

有人也是这样成功的吗?

为什么要改SOC,HR的动机是什么?

SoC job code要求的薪水会比ILR高?现在永居要35,500。。。好像我扫了一眼SoC基本没有比这个要求高的呀

Eligibility
You can apply if:

you have a Tier 2 (General) visa
you’ve been living and working in the UK for 5 years and spent no more than 180 days outside the UK in any 12 months (‘continuous residence’)
your employer (sponsor) still needs you for your job - they’ll need to provide a document confirming this
your job pays £35,500 or more (unless you’re exempt from the ‘minimum earnings threshold’)
you get paid the relevant salary listed in the Codes of Practice

還好後來跟他MEETING後他願意改回來.他似乎純粹覺得我的工作內容比較像另一個SOC
