T2 申請永久 以前有一次申請被ho拒了，但是自己一路把ho 告到obm, 然後翻案給我通過

我12月申請t2 五年永居了，填表格的時候有一個問題

Have you ever been:
refused a visa for any country other than the UK
deported from any country other than the UK
removed from any country other than the UK
required to leave any country other than the UK
refused entry at the border of any country other than the UK

我曾經2015年的時候t2 因為cos 上面沒寫具體labour market test 起始和終止日期，被ho refuse 了，但是因為以前的都沒有填那個時間也都沒問題，所有當時就做了admin review, 然後被拒，所以我一路把ho 吿到了mp 那邊，然後到了obm, 最後ho 給我道歉了，reconsider 我的case 然後讓我過了，這種情況 我在永居申請上是應該選擇有被refused 過 還是選擇沒有呢 ？

随便填，大不了把你拒了再告一次呗

lz 最后通过的case是同一application ref number吗？如果是，个人觉得不需要填被拒。

自己申请一个SAR，自己查一下就知道是怎么回事了
