伦敦中心除了收进城费，还开始收低排放费了！

今天收到信被罚了80镑。。。
上周日晚上9：50开出伦敦市中心，这个时间被拍了照片，因为进入The Ultra Low Emission Zone区，而这个区域跟进城费是一个区。中午进去的时候没有被拍照片，不知道是不是反正有一个时间段的照片就可以罚了。

The Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) replaced the T-Charge on 8 April 2019. It operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, every day of the year, within the same area as the Congestion Charge zone.

这个收费是从今年4月8号开始收费的！但是怎么从来不知道有这个收费？查了一下即使 T-Charge也是19年才开始收费的，每次收12.5镑，这个不像进城费周一到周五白天收，周末免费，这个新费用是全年每天每个时间段都要收费的！

但是怎么从来没有这个通知？这个ULEZ 今年4月才开始的收费而且没有通知，这样就罚款真不合理。。。。

这里提醒大家注意了：再进入伦敦市中心，要提前交这个费用（除非车是附和低排放标准的）否则就罚80镑！

以前住在伦敦很久的。。。但是最近几年不常去伦敦。。。。上一次还是18年11月份，那个时候这个费用还没有开始。。。
不过，这次罚款提醒了我还有其他人，进伦敦中心时除了要交进城费还有这个低排放费用，两个费用。。

请问这个区域跟congestion fee的划区一样吗？

是的，区域是一样的。
但是这个低排放费用是必须交的，不分时间段；那个进城费却是周一到周五的白天交费，晚上免费。

是的，要是达不到标准的会收费；达到那个连接标准的不收，用电的车好像也不收。

排量小的好像也不收

不知道你所谓的通知是啥意思

但是确实通知了很久了。。。
我周围开车的 没有不知道的。。。
报纸上至少连续通告了两周。。。

新闻天天说你们看吧，4月就开始了，欧六的车才能进，老车统统不行了。

通知，比方说，我在London transportation 网上注册过,网上付过进城费，他们有邮件的，应该发这种通知邮件；或者像ROAD tax 那样定期发信提醒。
像我们这样很少去伦敦的，没有渠道接触这种关于进伦敦的信息。。。

我住在伦敦很远的地方，以前住伦敦的时候坐地铁还有免费的metro看，现在天天开车也不看报纸。。。

嗯，我这80镑罚款权当给大家提个醒了！

The ULEZ standards are:

Euro 3 for motorcycles, mopeds, motorised tricycles and quadricycles (L category)
Euro 4 (NOx) for petrol cars, vans, minibuses and other specialist vehicles
Euro 6 (NOx and PM) for diesel cars, vans and minibuses and other specialist vehicles
Euro VI (NOx and PM) for lorries, buses and coaches and other specialist heavy vehicles (NOx and PM)
Euro 3 became mandatory for all new motorcycles in 2007

Euro 4 became mandatory for all new cars in 2005 and light vans in 2006

Euro 6 became mandatory for all new heavy duty engines for goods vehicles and buses from January 2014, September 2015 for cars and light vans, and September 2016 for larger vans up to and including 3.5 tonnes gross vehicle weight.

Minimum emission standards
Petrol: Euro 4
Diesel: Euro 6

The ULEZ is enforced based on the declared emissions of the vehicle rather than the age. However:

Petrol cars that meet the ULEZ standards are generally those first registered with the DVLA after 2005, although cars that meet the standards have been available since 2001
Diesel cars that meet the standards are generally those first registered with the DVLA after September 2015

看来楼主是柴油车了。。汽油车基本没事。
