急问!!T2是不是不能使用tax free childcare

刚刚发在了签证版，想再到这里问问其他家长们～～我目前是Tier 2，之前公司人事推荐并给我加入了tax free childcare的计划，目前为止孩子2岁，已经使用了这个计划差不多一年半，今天突然在政府网站上看到说如果签证上写了no access to public fund的话是不能申请tax free childcare的，好慌张不知道该怎么办。请问大家有没有经验分享，如果确实无法加入计划，那已经tax free的这部分会不会之后影响申请永居？有什么解决方式吗？可以填网上报税单补齐之前的免税部分吗？谢谢！

不能用...先停了..然后联系HMRC说明情况看看能不能退回享受的福利？..大概能想到的就是这些了..如果申请永居的时候被查到了..一定是拒签的

最好直接联系hmrc, hmrc对主动联系的人还是很友好的

childcare voucher 或者 salary sacrifice 支付nursery 应该不算在tax free childcare 这个范畴吧。
虽然这两样都免税，但都是公司HR搞的，没去政府网站申请tax free childcare

salary sacrifice不算public fund，因为这是你工作所得的福利。尤其是salary sacrifice, 是你的工作单位直接定的。我在大学工作，我是全部的托儿所费用全部从我的工资扣的。Childcare voucher我不知道，我们这里好像已经停用了？不过我记得以前也是说T2 不可以拿child voucher的，具体我不清楚了。我们是拿T2的，只用了salary sacrifice.
