我是刚来英国读大学的沈阳学生，到这里之后并没有人说要办理什么登记啊（就是在什么大使馆啊），好象有这个以后才能办回国人员证明是不是啊？那我现在应该怎么办呢？
还有就是我听说刚来这里应该去大学里面弄个什么医疗的东东，我根本就不懂这些啊！这个有什么说法吗？

u have to goto local police office to register and get a document, (must do), for 36 pounds or sth like that.
also register with a GP, and obtain ur nhs card.
去学校的HEALTH CENTRE登记吧??
在local police station注册完了啊，那个就是他们说的什么以后要用的来英国的登记吗？

u only have to go to the police office toregister, and they will issue u a card(sth like that to prove ur validity of ur id in this country)
then, i think u can write to ur local nhs practise for more details on how to register with a doc. u dont have to wait for 6 months, the thing about 6 month is that u can only have nhs if u r gonna be in this country for more than 6 months.
u could always go to ur university administration office to ask. someone will help. im sure. good luck.
