没遇到过这种情况哦 不过这房子是盖好没有的啊 如果还没竣工的话还是不要考虑了吧
应该是开发商资金周转不灵,申请资产接管了吧.

资产托管就是托给银行了吗？ 会不会对以后住 有影响呢？
