马上要签证了，老婆是主申请人，我和BABY是DEPENDANT，有几个问题不太明确请大家指点：
1.BABY是在这边出生的，是不是也用PBS DEPENDANT的申请表，如果是
C1. Under what nationality did the dependant enter the United Kingdom?
D1. Did the dependant obtain entry clearance or a visa before entering the United Kingdom?
D5.Please enter the reference number on the enrty clearance or visa which can be found in the dependant’s passport or travel document?
D6. Are either the dependant’s current and/or any one of his/her previous passport(s) or travel
document(s) that he/she has used to travel to, and remain in, the United Kingdom which
shows his/her current leave unavailable?
该如何填写啊，很矛盾。
2.如果是3个人同时申请需要提供几份BANK STATEMENT，如果是只要一份那每份申请表上Other documents里都要提到吗？
